How to buy from FEL

FEL Communications is a British business, our prices are in British Pounds. We have been established since 1999. Most of our preamplifiers and cables are made in the UK by us.

You can buy directly from FEL Communications. Additionally Wildsounds in the UK stock the FEL 3.5MX Preamplifier. Better Sound in London stock the MicBooster preamplifiers.

We accept online payment by credit or debit card just click on the relevant " above. At the checkout you can pay by credit or debit card bank accouunt or Paypal. Our card processing is handled securely by Paypal. FEL Communications receive none of your card or bank details. For more details of how Paypal works click here

Postage and Packing and VAT is included for all orders (except where specifically stated), however for orders under £ 25.00 there is an additional postage and package charge of £1.00. Postage and VAT covers EU countries, for other countries the price includes the higher shipping charges. This makes ordering for you simpler and clearer, it does mean if you are ordering larger quantities then the shipping charges may become disproportionately high, please contact us for a quote. sales@micbooster.com

Delivery is by First Class Recorded Delivery (leads and adapters by first class post) in the UK and by signed for Airmail in Europe and the rest of the world. All items are normally available from stock and despatched within 24 hours receipt of payment.

If you have any enquiry about our products, delivery details, pricing or tax please do get in touch. FEL Communications has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that prices, taxes, weights and postal rates reflected on this web site are correct. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time that we become aware of them.

If you return items for any other reason than them being defective there will be a nominal restocking charge equivalent to the sum of postage and packaging costs plus any bank and card processing charges incurred. Non-defective returns from UK orders must reach us within 21 days of original dispatch.

Prices shown in this web site are accurate at the time of going to press and supersede prices shown in previous versions of this website. We shall be obliged to increase the retail price if the cost price increases due to supplier price increases, currency fluctuations or increased delivery charges.
