The BT26 is ideal for use with PC's, Minidisc and cassette decks which do not have a microphone input. Extremely straight forward to use the only control on the preamp is a single switch to change between microphone and turntable preamp. Input connections are 1/4" sockets and can be used with a single stereo microphone or a pair of mono microphones. With an adaptor from our Leads section the preamp can be used with a microphone with a 3.5mm stereo minijack plug. The output is on gold plated phono sockets. The unit is built in a robust steel case and is powered from the mains using the supplied adaptor. Additionally it can be used as a turntable preamp, for systems that do not have a phono input. The preamplifier is low noise high gain for use with dynamic or condenser microphones. CE certified. Suitable for a stereo microphone, two mono microphones or a single mono microphone. Use with any amplifier equipped with a spare line or tape input or the line input of a PC, cassette deck, VCR or minidisc recorder.
